*** You Must contact us for a RGA (return goods authorization) number before returning products. ***

1. Contact us within 5 days....(Please contact us via E-mail if you have any problem at all. We do our best to help you. *Please use E-mail for the quickest response. You are welcome to leave a phone message, but it may take us a few days to return you call.)

2. Exchanges: We don't exchange products. Please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s) at your convenience.

3. RETURNS: We notice that most returns are due to not ordering the correct size. Please take time to measure and/or weigh your flakes and refer the the chart at the bottom of the "Shop NibbleNets" page. A larger than needed bag is always the way to go!! We have not wanted to add on a restocking fee, but it has become necessary due to the amount of labor involved in processing the returns. Our restocking fee for returns is 15%.

4. Please following these instructions to return something for a refund:

*Returned items must be in brand new condition to receive a refund. Absolutely no hay, hair, slobber or dirt.

*Pack the item(s) carefully into the original packaging if possible and include your original paperwork.

**** The RGA number should be written on the original invoice along with your reason for the return.
Please also write your RGA number on the outside of the box being returned.

*Return via UPS or USPS.

*Insure your packages! A refund will not be given on lost or damaged returns.

*Please allow 7-14 days from the time we receive your return to process your return.

Horses are 1000 pound (+/-) animals and are capable of destroying things! Even though we fabricate out of the toughest of materials...
Horses are known to rub, chew, etc...
Please do not leave THE NIBBLENET ® hanging in the stall unattended for prolonged periods of time.
We want your hay bag to last for you and your horse!!

Return policy details:

We have a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
We will happily replace any NibbleNet® that has such a defect.
Your NibbleNet® should be inspected when you first open the box and before you use them.
Examples of a defect would be missing stitching or D-rings. This does not happen often!!
If you have a question about a possible defect, please contact us!
The NibbleNets are fabricated of vinyl and will show a "crease" where they are folded for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a manufacturers defect.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by horse or owner.
The buyer is responsible for returning the item in clean, undamaged condition for this warranty against defects and materials to apply.CONTACT US: within 5 days of delivery if we made a mistake. We'll fix it !

-We have a 30 day time limit on returns.
-Always contact us before you return an item.
-We do not pay or refund shipping costs.
-If you do not have the original paperwork, please enclose your name, address, phone number and E-mail address so we can find your account.

-Refunds will be a credit in the same form of payment originally used.

-We refund as soon as we can, but refunds may take up to 30 days to show on your statement.

We are a small company and our staff wear many hats.
We divide our time between the office and the warehouse.
Our normal office hours are 9am to 5 pm EST Mon. - Fri. , but the BEST time to reach us is
10 am to 2 pm EST when we are processing and shipping orders for the day.
Please always leave a message and we will return your call just as soon as possible.
Emails are often an easier and quicker way to connect and we check them frequently as we are on the computer throughout the day.


Please look for the label on each bag with our logo and registered trademark.
